THE BURGUNDY CANAL

BY BIKE

The freight boats which went up to Paris, transporting all kinds victuals, gave up the 242 km of canal to pleasure boaters.

The towpaths, now available to cyclists who, from the Yonne to the Saone or from Migennes to St-Jean-de-Losne, go in search of the rich Burgundy heritage.
